Information on this website is general. Specifications, availability and timelines are confirmed only in a written quotation or order confirmation.

A quote request is not an order. Orders are subject to agreed specifications, prices, taxes (GST), payment terms and delivery terms set out in our quotation.

You confirm that you have the right to use any logo or artwork you send us for printing, and you approve proofs before production.

Delivery dates are estimates. Freight, insurance and risk transfer follow the terms in your quotation.

Report any quality issue in writing within 7 days of delivery, with photos and batch details, so we can investigate.

These terms are governed by Indian law. Courts at Wardha, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
